Come relax, strengthen, increase your flexibility, and... enjoy yourself on this beautiful small island in the Cyclades, Syros, where you will be hosted by the Sigalas family at their beautiful Hotel Alexandra.

PRACTICAL DETAILS :
WHEN : The workshop takes place from Monday, June 28th to Friday, July 2th - 6 days.
LEVEL : This workshop is accessible to all beginners as well as people with a few years experience in yoga or dance.
WHERE : On the beach, in front of Horel Alexandra and indoors, on mats.

WHAT is included in the workshop : Morning Yoga, at sunrise, 8:00-9:00 on the beach, in the sand. Dynamic Yoga (Hatha), 4:00-5:00 indoors, on yoga mats. Gentle Yoga (Yin), 5:30-6:30 indoors, on yoga mats Meditation, 6:30-7:00 during sunset, on the beach, in the sand, on a towel, 2 group dinners and yoga mattress.

 All classes can be followed by a swim in the clear, blue sea!

WHAT TO EXPECT ?
Maggie Boogaart will guide you, with care and attention, towards harmony between body and mind. Morning and evening we practice on the sand, among the trees, gazing at the sea. The murmur of the waves is our music. In the afternoon we work in a spacious room on yoga mats. Feel flexibility and strength, calm and confidence, relaxation and inspiration!

WHO TEACHES ?
Maggie Boogaart (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has been teaching yoga-Pilates and modern Graham dance for 28 years. She is a choreographer and director of Paris Marais Dance School, drawing on a 25-year career as an international contemporary dancer and later as director of her own company, Dragon Productions. All her work is based on breath and connection with the earth. Maggie teaches in French and English
